As young boy growing up in Texas I used catch lightning bugs in the summer near the lake where my family lived. I remember how hot the day was and how cool the evening could be. There was just something about gathering up as many lightning bugs as I could with little sister Lisa Ruth and brother Tommy. We would spend hours watching them in great wonder inside of a giant mayonnaise jar then fall off to sleep in the open windows of our lake house. The best part was letting them go the next day to fly away and start all over again when the sun set at the end of the day. It is the dream of The Light The World Parade. Now you are becoming part of that dream by your participation, generosity and giving to the vision. If you want to see what wonder lies ahead I encourage you to dream with me and continue to give of yourself on this journey. It's about time to light the world together.
